Motion was made by Landon Smith, seconded by Britni Toth to approve the quote from OnePointe Solutions/ Mohr Construction in an amount not to exceed $115,000. After discussion and upon roll call vote, the Board voted as follows:

Motion was made by Taylor Brown, seconded by Jay Fennell to at 7:35 p.m. have the Board and Mr. Anderson enter into closed session for a strategy session with respect to collective bargaining clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest or for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual in compliance with the law.
