October 20, 2025 at 6:00 PM - Regular Meeting

It was moved by Charles Balsiger and seconded by Wende Heckert to declare the meeting open and properly advertised by advance notice through publication in the "Antelope County News" as shown by the certificate attached to the official minutes of the meeting. Notice of the meeting was simultaneously given to the president and all the Board members prior to the meeting. Availability of the agenda was communicated in the advance notice and in the notice to the president and members of this meeting. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while this convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. It was announced that the Nebraska Open Meetings Act was posted in the meeting room and agendas were available for interested persons. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Randy Jochum and seconded by Troy Berryman to to excuse absent members for personal reasons. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Charles Balsiger and seconded by Wende Heckert to approve the minutes of the, budget hearing, property tax hearing, and regular meeting held in September as presented. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Craig Brewster and seconded by Charles Balsiger to approve the September treasurer's report as presented. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Troy Berryman and seconded by Randy Jochum to approve the bills as presented. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Randy Jochum and seconded by Craig Brewster to approve the camera proposal with Applied Connective as presented. The motion Carried.

It was moved by Charles Balsiger and seconded by Wende Heckert to move our November meeting to Norfolk at the Eastern Learning Center and adjourn this meeting at 6:45 pm. The motion Carried.
