1. Call to order and roll call of members.

Discussion: Others present were Kevin Wilson, Staci Capps, Angie Hargus, Kim Johnson, and JC Leonard.

2. Board to consider and take action on two separate resolutions authorizing the calling and holding of a special election to be held in this School District to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds.

Motion to approve Proposition No. 1 Building Bond Resolution. This motion, made by Stanley Sawyers and seconded by Adrianna Lancaster, passed.

Motion 2 passed:

Motion to approve Proposition No. 2 Transportation Bond Resolution. This motion, made by Chris McGill and seconded by Jamie Whitefield, passed.
