2. Introduction of guests:

Oran Hurley and James Vines were guests at the meeting.

3. Tour of and discussion regarding facilities at Whitebead Public Schools
Discussion:
The board members, Mr. Midkiff, Richelle Humphrey, James Vines & Oran Hurley toured the Whitebead facilities. The following items were noted:
The upstairs of the two-story building needs new screens in the windows. Additional outlets might be needed in the two-story classrooms. The staff bathroom could use a remodel The art room flooring needs to be redone. Kindergarten floor (Mrs. Beam) will be redone next summer Cafeteria ceiling fans need replaced The cafeteria floor was worked on last summer and cleaned but doesn't look good. It needs something else done. We need storage at the football field for new soccer equipment. Would like an awning for the 3rd-8th pick-up area for kids and teachers |
