1. Call to order and recording of members present and absent.

2. Introduction of guests:

Discussion: We had 53 Guests attend the meeting. Sign in sheets are attached to the minutes.

3. Discussion on official letter from the Paoli Board of Education requesting Whitebead Public Schools annex the district of Paoli.

Discussion: At the beginning of the meeting Alex Young stated the following, There will be no vote tonight. This meeting is to acknowledge the request from Paoli to voluntarily be annexed by Whitebead and to discuss how to move forward legally and in the community's best interest.

The board set three town hall meetings on the following dates:
Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. in the Whitebead auditorium
Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Whitebead auditorium
Thursday May 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Whitebead auditorium

The board also would like to tour the Paoli property on Saturday May 3, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.

The board would like a survey done of parents and students. It needs to be done as soon as possible.

Some of the information the board would like gathered is the following:

Paoli Audit
Paoli Estimate of Needs
Public impact
Sustainability
Does Whitebead have transfers from Paoli?
Paoli test scores
Paoli classes offered at the high school
What kind of money is available if we annex?
Is building a high school an option?

Motion was made to adjourn at 5:23 p.m. This motion, made by Belinda Hunt and seconded by Sandy Arroyo, Passed.
