Discussion:
Turner Bass arrived at the meeting at 4:01PM after Roll Call had been taken, and the first item was presented for a vote.

2. Proposed Executive Session to discuss:
(1) Superintendent's Personnel Report (25 O.S. §307 (B) (1)), Exhibit A (and Exhibit B that was presented under separate cover). (2) The hiring of a Middle School Principal, an Assistant High School Principal, and a Director of Secondary Education. 25 O.S. §307 (B)(1).
