5. 3. Discussion and vote to approve or not approve the engagement letter with Rosenstein, Fist & Ringold to advise the board during due process hearings for personnel.

7. 4. Due Process Hearing for LaKeese Wicks:

9. 4.A The board president shall convene the hearing, state the purpose of the hearing and introduce the parties.
|
|
10. 4.B Upon the request of either party, the president may exclude from the hearing room the witnesses not at the time under examination, except that a party to the proceeding and their representative shall not be excluded.
|
|
11. 4.C Opening statement by superintendent or his or her designee or representative.
|
|
12. 4. D Opening statement by Mr. Wicks or his designee or representative.
|
|
13. 4.E Presentation of superintendent's evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by Mr. Wicks or his designee or representative.

14. 4.F Questions by board members.
|
|
15. 4. G Presentation of Mr. Wicks' evidence followed by cross-examination of witnesses by superintendent or superintendent's designee or representative.

16. 4. H Questions by board members.

17. 4. I Presentation of rebuttal and surrebuttal evidence as necessary.

18. 4. J Closing argument by superintendent or his or her designee or representative.

19. 4. K Closing argument by Mr. Wicks or his designee or representative.

20. 4. L Consideration and vote to go into executive session pursuant to Title 25 O.S. and 307 (B) (1) & (7) to deliberate on the dismissal or not of LeKeese Wicks.

21. 4. M Vote to acknowledge return to open session.
|

22. 4. N Board president's statement of executive session minutes.

|
23. 4. O Vote to adopt findings of fact and conclusions regarding the employment of LaKeese Wicks with Millwood Pubic Schools.

24. 4. P Vote to terminate or to not terminate LaKeese Wicks with Millwood Public Schools based upon the findings and conclusions adopted.
|
|
25. 4. Q Vote to direct the administration to notify LaKeese Wicks of the Board's decision including the findings of fact.

|
26. 4. Vote to accept any resignations since the last board meeting.
