9. Discuss and take action on a sales order and security agreement from Anderson Machinery for a 2019 Freightliner M2 for Precinct 2. (Denman).

10. Discuss and take action on a Formal Proposal from Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. for a 2026 Mack Pinnacle Dump Truck for Precinct 2. (Denman).

11. Discuss and take action on a road Use Agreement with Sandow Solar. (Payne).

12. Discuss and take action on a Resolution addressing the Adoption of the Ad Valorem Tax Rate for the tax year 2026 as approved in the Commissioners Court Meeting of 14 September 2026; providing separate Maintenance and Operations and Debt-Service Components; directing the Tax Assessor-Collector to access and collect the tax; and providing an Effective Date.
