1. A quorum will be established, and the meeting of the Milam County Commissioners' Court will be called to order.

4. Discuss and take action on an Order setting the salary of the Official District Court Reporter and the Milam County Auditor.

5. Receive and acknowledge the annual audit report of Milam County Emergency Services District No. 1 for fiscal year 2025, as required by Texas Health and Safety Code 775.082. (Whitmire).

6. Discuss and take action to appoint an individual to fill the vacancy on the Board of Commissioners of the Milam County ESD No. 1 for the remainder of the unexpired term ending December 31, 2027. (Whitmire).
