1. Call to Order
Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 9:02 AM.
All members were present. Barry Alford & Devin Love were present from the district. |

2. Citizen's Communication
Discussion:

3. Discussion and Possible Action on Completing Comptroller Survey
Discussion:
Barry went through the survey with the members and will submit to the Comptroller.
Mr. Ely & Mr. Pagach have already completed the survey and sent it in to the Comptroller. |

4. Discussion and Possible Action on New Milam AD Ag Manual
Discussion:
Barry informed the members that we have a new ag manual and will require a biennial report.

5. Discussion and Possible Action on Wildlife Requirements
Discussion:
Barry informed the members that the district is considering adopting Plateau's wildlife intensity standards. The board disagrees and states that standards from FSA and AgriLife will be more suitable for our county.
