(9:15 a.m.) Conduct Public Hearing regarding the issuance by the Corporation of variablerate demand industrial development revenue bonds, pursuant to a plan of finance in one or more series, not to exceed $13,500,000 in principal amount, to loan the proceeds thereof to Legacy Farms, LP, and used to finance or refinance the acquisition, construction, development, and installation of solid waste facilities for the disposal of solid animal waste
(manure), through the collection and disposal of waste cow manure. The project will be located at cattle facilities located at 1511 County Road AA, Plainview, Texas 79072 |

5. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing Port Arthur Navigation District Industrial Development Corporation Variable Rate Demand Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Legacy Farms, LP Project), Series 2024;
Authorizing the Execution of an Indenture of Trust, a Loan Agreement, a Purchase Agreement; Approval of an Official Statement; and Other Matters in Connection Therewith |
