2. Review and approve Minutes of October 19, 2022 meeting

3. Consideration and possible action related to allocation of a portion of District revenue for development of the SH130 Innovation District and public facilities or projects outside of Travis County that serve the public purposes of the District;

4. Consideration and approval for engagement of consultants for media relations services;
|
|
5. Consideration and approval for engagement of an economic development consultant for services related to the analysis of the SH130 Innovation District and Walter E.Long Metropolitan Park and discussion of planning, design, development and operation of the SH130 Innovation District, and park land improvements and public facilities for Walter E.Long Metropolitan Park

|
6. Adjourn to Executive Session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation matters, contemplated litigation matters, and other legal matters relating to agenda items in accordance with Texas Government Code § 551.071
|

7. If necessary, reopen meeting and take any necessary action with regard to matters discussed in Executive Session
|
|
8. Discuss and confirm any tentative or proposed next meeting dates
|
