Update from Executive Director with regard to District business and discussion and possible action concerning the delegation of power to allow Executive Director to initiate the process for entering into real estate contracts on behalf of the District contingent upon Board approval prior to close

3. Adjourn to Executive Session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, economic development, real estate and other legal matters relating to agenda items in accordance with Texas Government Code §551
|

4. Consideration and approval for acquisition of 4.107 acre parcel of landoff N FM 973 in Travis County, Texas
|
|
5. If necessary, reopen meeting and take any necessary action with regard to matters discussed in Executive Session
|
|
6. Discuss and confirm any tentative or proposed next meeting dates
|
|
7. Adjournment.
