The meeting was called to order at 12:02 p.m.

2.A. Discussion and possible action to approve, disapprove or table the offer to purchase the vacated property at 2720 Tumbleweed Drive, Guymon, OK 73942.

No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.
Discussion:
The board discussed the offer to purchase the old Warren Cat property located at 2720 Tumbleweed Drive, Guymon, OK 73942. This property would be used for the Transportation Department. The addition of this property would allow several strategic moves to be made that would benefit both the transportation and maintenance departments.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Proposed executive session to hear evidence and discuss the suspension of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA, pursuant to 25 O.S. Sections 307(B)(5) and (B)(7).
Discussion:
There was no motion to go into executive session.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES COMPLIANCE ANNOUNCEMENT

Vote to accept, reject, or amend the recommendation of the administration with regard to the suspension of minor student A.
