District Instructional Review
Discussion:
Mr. Armstrong opened the meeting with a welcome and talked about the District Report Card that had been released. After he finished, he then turned the meeting over to Stephanie Kiesau, SMS Principal, to start the process of reviewing their Instructional Improvement Plans.

Middle School Instructional Improvement Plan Update
Discussion:
Each site went through their November and January Benchmark scores comparing the gains and losses between the two test. After reviewing the scores, each principal talked about their site plans to strengthen areas of loss and plans to continue growth in the areas of gain.
