To approve the employment of Stephen H. McDonald & Associates, Inc., as Financial Consultant to the School District passed with a motion by Jeff Gilbert and a second by Wally Johnson.

To approve a resolution authorizing the calling and holding of an election of Independent School District No. 33 of Creek County, Oklahoma, for the purpose of submitting to the registered, qualified electors thereof the question of the issuance of the bonds of said School District in the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($240,000). To provide funds for the purpose of constructing, equipping, repairing and remodeling school buildings, acquiring school furniture, fixtures and equipment and acquiring and improving school sites, and levying and collecting an annual tax in such district for the payment of the interest and principal of said bonds passed with a motion by Jeff Gilbert and a second by Wally Johnson. passed with a motion by Jeff Gilbert and a second by Wally Johnson.
