Call the meeting to order.

Vote to approve/disapprove a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $4,150,000 General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of the School District voted and approved on the 3rd day of March, 2009.

To approve a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting May 12, 2009, at 12:00 p.m. in the Administration Board Room at 1 South Mission, Sapulpa, Oklahoma, for the sale of the $4,150,000 General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of the School District voted and approved on 3rd day of March, 2009 passed with a motion by Bryan Sherwood and a second by Curtice Hillis.
