8. PUBLIC DISCUSSION
Duluth Mayor Roger Reinert appeared before Council as he is visiting Duluth's neighbors in his first 100 days. Mayor Reinert stated his intent to be a good partner to the City of Hermantown.
Description:
This is the time for individuals to address the Council about any item not on the agenda. The time limit is three minutes per person.
