Rationale:
Joan Machacek, MBA/SHS Music teacher, has submitted her retirement notification effective at the conclusion of the 2011-2012 school year. Ms. Machacek has been employed by the Somers Public Schools since 1999.

Rationale:
Hamilton Sundstrand recently made a $3,000.00 donation to the SHS Technology Ed VEX robotic program. These funds will be used to purchase supplies for the program.
