1) Roll Call-Quorum Established:

Clerk Randall called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Chair Kroos, Asst. Chair Knuth, Trustee Higel, Trustee Sidders, and Trustee Legg were present to form the quorum. Others present: Village Superintendent — Glen Kuehn, Asst. Superintendent — Scott Uden and Village Clerk/Treasurer — Jodi Randall, Olssons associate, Wasenek Committee members Becky Katzberg & Liam Parker, Danny Streff, additional public residents.

Clerk Randall informed the board of trustees the material should be in GI this Thursday. Once they have it in hand, we’ll work to get it on the schedule early next week.

Clerk Randall asked the board to get the pool committee that was set up during the Community meeting SCEDD study. JEO would like to have a pool planning meeting on July 16th at 7pm.
