Chair Knuth called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Asst. Chair Kroos, Trustee Higel, and Trustee Uden were present to form the quorum. Others present: Jones group- Kevin Krull, and Fox Insurance- Nate Fox.

Discussion:
Kevin Krull, Jones Group, presented the board his insurance quotes from Continental Western Group for Commercial Property, Commercial General Liability and Commercial Auto. Fireman's Ins Co of Washington DC with CWG for the Firestation Commercial Property, General Liability and Business Auto. Bitco National Ins Co for Workers Compensation. The total account premium would be $40,589.00 and a 10% comprehensive coverage plan savings per year with CSG & Bitco. Tabled.

Discussion:
Nate Fox, Fox Insurance, presented the board his insurance quotes from LARM for all Commercial, Auto and Workers Compensation. The total account premium for a three (3) year contract is $41, 213.00, two (2) year contract is $42,514.00 and a one (1) year contract is $43,382.00. Tabled.
