IV.A. Consider and if appropriate, approve Budget Amendment.
Description:
We are moving 7,000 from fund 11 - Instruction, to fund 52 -Security, to cover additional cost of police officers.

IV.B. Consider and if appropriate, approve 2021-22 school calendar.
Description:
The teachers have voted on this calendar with the following changes. We are starting earlier in August, so the students and staff can have two intercession breaks. These breaks are alligned with BISDs breaks. .
Intercession 1, is October 11-15, and Intercession 2 is February 7 - 11. We are also going from 6-six week grading periods to 4-nine week grading periods per semester. |

IV.C. Consider and if appropriate, approve Instructional Materials Allotment Certification for 2021-22 school year.
Description:
We are required to certify that all instructional material purchased with state funds, is solely used for instruction and includes all of the TEKS- Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for each subject area and grade level taught.
