II.B.1. Hurricane Recovery Update
Description:
We were spared any wide spread flooding. The only areas damaged were the front offices, my office and some leaking in the new building as well as the modular one.
We have replaced carpet with tile and are getting leaks fixed in ceiling. Kudos to several of our staff members and spouses as well as parents coming up to tear out carpet on that Saturday. Even Madam President was here! |

II.C. Missed School Day Waiver
Description:
We have been granted 9 missed school days by TEA. We will not be required to make up these days. However, we will require students to come to school on October 9, as a result of missed academic time.
This day was originally scheduled as a staff development day. |

Description:
You should have received confirmation of your flight itinerary.

Description:
You will receive meal per-diem at the meeting. You do not need to turn in any receipts.

V.A.3. Hotel Room information:
Description:
You should have your confirmation statement for your hotel room and a tax exempt form. The tax-exempt status has been corrected so we are tax exempt once again.

Description:
TCSA told me that you will be receiving through e-mail, a bar code to expedite your registration. Please, let me know if this does not happen by October 9th.
