NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Culberson County Allamoore Independent School District will hold a public hearing on Monday July 23, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., in the Culberson County-Allamoore School Board Room located in the Culberson County Allamoore School Administration Office at 801 North Fannin, Van Horn, Texas for the purpose of : District of Innovation

Description:
Persons who wish to participate in this portion of the meeting shall sign up with the presiding officer or designee before the meeting begins and shall indicate the topic about which they wish to speak. No presentation shall exceed five minutes. The board's function at this time is to listen to comments. Formal action cannot be taken. Please respect the privacy of others and refrain from identifying students, employees, or other community member by name.

Description:
The Following matters are posted for closed meeting to be discussed under one or more of the following Sections of the Texas Government Code:
Adjourn to closed Session. If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas government Code, Chapter 551, subchapters D and E or Texas Government Code Section 418.183(f). Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 and 551.129. |
