VI. Statement of the Executive Session Minutes

Discussion:
President Dirk O'Hara stated the Board convened in executive session pursuant to executive session authority: 25 OKLA. STAT. Section 307(B)(1) and (B)(7) to discuss candidates for the Assistant Principal at Irving Middle School and the Assistant Principal at Alcott Middle School. No other matters were discussed and no votes were taken while in this closed session. The Board was joined in executive session by Superintendent Dr. Nick Migliorino, Attorney Haley Drusen, Associate Superintendent Holly Nevels, and Executive Director of Student Services Dr. Stephanie Williams. This concluded the minutes of the executive session.
