I. Call Meeting to Order
Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

II. Roll Call of Members
Discussion:
Ms. Adams, Mr. Bryan, Mrs. Landry, Mr. Tierney, Ms. Stevens, Mr. Price and Mrs. Modder were present. Dr. Weiss was also present.

III. Closed Session
Discussion:
Mr. Price moved to go into closed session. Mr. Tierney seconded the motion. Unanimous.

III.A. The Board of Education will vote to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering the following matter(s):
Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercise responsibility.
Discussion:
Dr. Weiss shared his areas of focus for the 2025-2026 school year which the board will evaluate him.

IV. Adjournment
Discussion:
Mr. Price moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:53 p.m. Ms. Stevens seconded the motion. Unanimous.
