5.B. Life Skills Cluster Class
Description:

5.C. Walsh Anderson Contract
Description:
Continue contract with Walsh Anderson

5.D. Board Resolutions
Description:
Still need board resolution for Corsicana. Abbott, Aquilla, Bynum, Gholson, Hubbard, Itasca, and Whitney's have been received.

5.E. TEA Monitoring
Description:
Strategic Support Plan- All districts will complete. Does not have to be turned in to
TEA unless you have a rating of 2 on your RDA report. Current deadline to have them completed is February 1, 2020. |
5.F. VI Registration
Description:
Paula Reed has completed the registration for the special education students and will work with your 504 coordinators to complete the section for 504 students.

Description:
The Behavior Unit is still under construction. We are hoping to have mats installed in February.

5.H. PPCD/Life Skills cluster Classes 2020/2021
Description:
The Director would like to discuss where to host cluster classes for the 2020/21 school year.

Description:
At Risk Ratings have been released. Each member has been provided a copy of their report.

6.A. Budget Amendment
Description:
Maximum entitlements have been posted for the Federal IDEA-B 313 and Preschool 314 funds. Maximum has been posted for the amount of $343,488 as well as maximum for Preschool 314 in the amount of $24,844.
Recommendation: After review and discussion, the management board is advised to approve the budget amendments for maximum entitlement as presented. |
6.B. Lois Zwernemann's Contract
Description:
Lois has been offered a contract to work 8 days a month to help cover for Frieda's retirement.
Recommendation: After review and discussion, the management board is advised to approve the hiring of Lois Zwernemann for 8 days a month as a diagnostician. |
6.C. HCSSA Agreement
Description:
The Director would like the board to accept the new agreement.
Recommendation: After review and discussion, the management board is advised to approve the new HCSSA agreement. |
6.D. Closed Session
Description:
Special Education Director Evaluation
Recommendation: After review and discussion, the management board is advised to approve the HCSSA's Special Ed Director's contract. |
