Description:
If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for purposes permitted by Texas Government Code ยง551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee. No action will take place in the closed meeting. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
