• Employment of Professional Personnel If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for the discussion of any item on the agenda, in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Government Code Chapter 551 Subchapters D and E. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussions in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting. |
