Recognize Participants and Present Guidelines for Public Forum -Speakers may sign up at the meeting ten minutes prior to the start of the meeting -Speakers may sign up on the District website -Speakers may sign up at the administration building on the day of the meeting from 8am-4pm |

3. CLOSED (EXECUTIVE) SESSION
Description:
The Board will convene in closed session for purposes permitted by Texas Government Code §551.071 - Consultation with legal counsel regarding the Board seeking advice; §551.129 - Consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to declared state of disaster. No voting will take place in the closed meeting. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
