-Speakers may sign up at the meeting ten minutes prior to the start of the meeting -Speakers may sign up on the district website -Speakers may sign up at the administration building on the day of the meeting from 8 am - 4 pm |

3. CLOSED SESSION
Description:
1. Pursuant to Tex. Govt. Code 551.074, consider and discuss hiring superintendent and approval of superintendent contract.
2. If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for purposes permitted by Texas Government Code ยง551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. No voting will take place in the closed meeting. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting. |
