3. CLOSED (EXECUTIVE) SESSION
Description:
The Board will convene in closed session for purposes permitted by Texas Government Code ยง551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. No voting will take place in the closed meeting. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
