Description:
The Board will convene in closed session for purposes permitted by Texas Government Code §551.071, for the purpose of a private consultation with the Board's Attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law. Action if any, will be in open session.

Description:
If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for puposes permitted by Texas Government Code §551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. No action will be taken during closed session; action if any, will be in open session.
