Call to Order and Establish Quorum

Discussion:

The board president called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. A quorum was present and due notice had been posted and published. Matt Barrett & Heath Brewer were absent.

Invocation

Discussion: Justin Shull led in prayer.

Hearing of Citizens

Discussion: There were no citizens signed up to speak.

Budget Workshop

Discussion: Dr. Hill presented the budget workshop.

Superintendent's Report

Discussion: Mr. Spivey gave a report on the following:

25 in Volleyball Attendance
55 in Football Attendance
New Teacher/Sub Training
District Safety
Enrollment Numbers

Bank Resolution

Action(s):

Motion Carried:

Recommendation for the Board of Trustees of Garrison ISD to establish a depository and banking relationship with Austin Bank for the purpose of conducting the financial operations of the district. This motion, made by Chase Rambin and seconded by Blake Phillips, Carried.
