The board president called the meeting to order at 12:11 PM. A quorum was present and due notice had been posted and published.

Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Spivey presented the superintendent's report. He reminded the board that the upcoming meeting on February 23, 2026 would take place in the OAP (Theater) in order to acknowledge elementary UIL. He provided an update on the calendar, noting that for the 2025-2026 school year, there are 195 minutes remaining. The staff has voted on the calendar for 2026-2027, which will be submitted for approval at the next board meeting. The cafeteria restroom project is set to go out for bid this month. We anticipate that the baseball and softball fields will be finished in time for their first home games.
