The board will address long term planning at a later date due to superintendent search.

4. NRCSA Presentation
Discussion:
NRCSA representatives Jack Moles, Paul Sheffield and Curtis Cogswell provided a presentation of their search services and suggested doing at least four interviews. The board discussed an interim search versus doing a full search.

Discussion:
The board wants to do a full search. Discussed having community and staff committees to be involved in the interview process as well as talked about the search timeline, announcement of vacancy, and the interview schedule.
