1. As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the ISBA Convention, notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance at such event

2. The convention will be held in Boise Idaho at the Boise Centre beginning November
17 -19th. No business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring, nor minutes taken.
