President Gould called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM and the Pledge of Allegiance was said.

President Gould reminded the audience that the Open Meeting Laws are displayed in the back of the room for their review.

5.1. Approval of Local Substitute Teacher
Discussion:
Motion by Black, second by Urbom to approve James Potter as a Local Substitute Teacher. RCV 6-0. Motion carried.

5.2. Approval of Substitute Cook
Discussion:
Motion by Breitkreutz, second by Blanchard to approve Sharon Werner as a Substitute Cook. RCV 6-0. Motion carried.

5.3. Approval of Out of State Travel
Discussion:
Motion by Black, second by Springer to approve the state travel of the Football Team and Coaches to Vermillion, SD for Football Camp from July 26-28. RCV 6-0. Motion carried.

Motion by Black, second by Urbom to take action at the Auction on July 20, 2018 for the potential land purchase of property adjacent to the Raymond Central Jr-Sr High School site with Superintendent Joel as Representative and/or a Board of Education member.
