John Harms discussed the need for a board retreat. Proposed discussing needed changes to the school and budgeting issues. Time to discuss facilities, promoting the school, curriculum, short term goals, and long term district goals. Proposed an evening (7-9pm) prior to July.
Previous goals included enrollment, test scores, and financials. |
