I move that the Board authorize the Superintendent to resolve the matter, Student vs. Big Sandy Independent School District, Texas Education Agency Docket No. 086-SE-1122, pursuant to the terms discussed in closed session, and further authorize the Superintendent to execute all documents concerning the resolution of this matter. This motion, made by Seth Jewell and seconded by Will Brahic, Passed.
