I. CALL TO ORDER
Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 3:45pm

II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

III. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
Discussion:
Dave Pauloe, the attorney for the district, called into the executive session at 3:47pm.

IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to ARS§15-843 and ARS § 38-431.03 (A)(3) a public body may go into executive session for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney for the district regarding COVID protocols. (Read Prior to Executive Session) All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not now present, other than a current member of the Board, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session. To do so is a violation of A.R.S. §38-431.03 A.2, A.3. unless pursuant to a specific statutory exception. Move out of Executive Session
Discussion:
Barbara Underwood made a motion to move into Executive Session, seconded by Audrey Hogue. The Board moved into Executive Session at 3:47pm.
