The meeting was called to order at 4:45pm.

IV.A. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Linda Gibson was excited about the great turnout for Winning Culture on October 15th. We had 35 people attend the morning session and 25 in the afternoon.
The week after break we held parent/teacher conferences and made contact with approximately 1500 families via in person, phone or Google meets. Today we had four general education preschool students start. The grading and drainage project at the high school is now complete. Next is roofs and then weatherization. |

IV.B. Governing Board
Discussion:
Joanne Conlin was so honored to help with the Orphan Train play. She helped behind the stage. It was a wonderful experience.
Michell Marinelli attended the football game. She also serves at the varsity team dinner on Thursday nights before games. Barbara Underwood loved the play also. She also congratulated all the teams, they did great. Jolynn Schinstock attended parent/teacher conferences and said they went well. |

V. PUBLIC COMMENTS - Members of the Governing Board shall not discuss or take legal action on matters raised during an open call to the public unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action.

VI.A. Information and Discussion on First Data Checkpoint Report

Discussion:
Katrina Sacco, Michelle May, Kim Yates, Jennifer Murphy and Jeff Simon all presented information on student tests scores from earlier this school year. The district now has one test that is used district-wide. This will be useful in the future to follow a student through the grades. Each principal explained how their school site is working to move the students to proficient in key areas.

There have no changes to how close contacts are being handled by the district. Linda Gibson showed the board the new information that will be on the website to view. This new page will show history of positive and close contacts at the district.
