Discussion:
Mr Prososki reported on Dual Credit classes College and Career Ready Math Standards, AYP, MAP Date, PTC attendance and School Improvement information.

Discussion:
A preliminary 2016-17 school calendar was reviewed. A calendar will be adopted at a future meeting.

3. Personnel Items
Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle reported the need of hiring an additional para professional at the HS for the Sped department.

4.1. Technology Update
Discussion:
Mr. Prososki gave an updated technology purchasing schedule.

4.2. Facility Update
Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle gave an update on hiring an architect for a possible fitness center project in Odell. He also noted that the track project was nearing completion.

4.3. Approve use of Special Building Fund to replace south drive and sidewalk at HS

Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle reported that the Board Negotiation Committee and the DOEA reps need to schedule a meeting in the next week to begin negotiations for the certified staff.

Discussion:
Mr. Meyerle noted that he would like three Board members to attend the State School Board Conference in Omaha Nov. 18-20. Three members will plan on attending.

The next Regular Board meeting is scheduled for 7:30pm, November 9, 2015 at the Elementary School Media Center in Diller.
