2. Non-Union Negotiations
Description:
Attached are the suggestions that the Non-Union Negotiations Committee came up with after the meeting yesterday. Kelsie will let you know Monday if there are any questions with pay equity or comp worth on these suggestions since she was unable to attend the meeting yesterday. We also attached an email from Kelsie with her thoughts on insurance for hourly employees. This includes thoughts on creating a tiered rate system and having insurance run through the summer.

Attached are some costings for REM at 1% and 2% plus different insurance options. There are numerous possibilities so let Michelle know if there are any certain scenarios you would like to see for Monday night.
