2. Table Approval to Award Roof & Terrazzo Bid Package
Description:
We will need to table both of the following agenda items on Monday: i. Approval to Award Roof Bid Package j. Approval to Award Terrazzo Bid Package We had budgeted $750,000 for the roof replacements/repairs and $250,000 for the remaining terrazzo in the fine arts and science/shops hallways. The bids came back approximately $100,000 over budget. Matt from Winkelman is going to work on different options for us. For example, we may need to repair some of the roofs versus complete replacement. We will know more later this week. A special board meeting will need to be scheduled in the next few weeks to approve these two bid packages. |
