2. Thoughtexchange
Description:
As part of the weekly bills for approval is an invoice to purchase services from Thoughexchange. We will use our staff development dollars to pay for the costs. We have a healthy reserve of staff development dollars. Thoughtexchange will be the catalyst to meeting the board's annual goal for community engagement. It will help us gain a broader community engagement in a new way. I'm glad Minnesota School Board Association (MSBA) introduced us to this methodology and electronic tool. In my back-to-school news article I introduce our public to Thoughtexchange. I'm anticipating the same great results (i.e., useful information) that other school districts experience. This should really help us in our annual goal setting and strategic planning. |
