1. MSBA Conference
Description:
Michelle registered us for the MSBA Leadership Conference in January. She also reserved us rooms at the Millenium Hotel Minneapolis. She signed everyone up for the Recognition Luncheon on Thursday. If anyone needs to cancel we must do it by January 5. |

2. BP3
Description:
Please see attached yesterday's bids we received for BP3. Matt and Jay are working on putting the numbers together into the estimate sheet. They also are working on breaking down the budget for a comparison to the bid categories as they were bid on yesterday. They will follow up with us once everything is put together. |

3. Update on Construction Project
Description:
The 650 ft.wall is far enough along on the north side to back fill with dirt. This enables us to finish the curbing and blacktop around the northeast student parking lot and bus garage. The plan is to do it next week. Once the blacktop is finished we can move most all of the buses back into the bus garage. The drivers will be happy about this happening. Without the buses where they are now Joe's Excavating can fill back in the large whole on the north side of the MS-HS. It's one big domino effect. |

4. RESP Negotiations
Description:
Please see attached RESP's proposal for a new 2015-17 contract. We can discuss it during closed negotiations at the November board meeting. |
