1. Combined Student Activities & Community Education Director Position
Description:
Please see attached documents helpful for the discussion on Monday night. I wrote a job description for combining two of the four responsibilities of the Community Education Director with the Activities Director. The preschool program would be entirely under the elementary principal's guidance and direction. MAP would be led by a supervisor responsible for curriculum, billing, and supervision of lead teachers and assistants (same as we have it now). Kelsie, Joel and I reviewed the possible point value for a Director of Student Activities and Community Education (see attachment). We see the point value for this position to be worth 441. This places the position above the business manager and below the principals (see attachment). The points for a school district position is helpful in determining contract salary and health benefits. You will see I drafted a contract for this new position, but left the salary off until a board committee negotiates it with a new hire. |

2. Architectural Renderings of Entrances
Description:
Please see attached architectural renderings of the new "Early Childhood Center & District Offices" and "Royalton School District Activities Entrance." We will also have a new look and feel to the MS-HS office entrance. These renderings were done in preparation for the ground breaking ceremony. |

3. Terms and Conditions of Employment for Non-Union Employees
Description:
The salary schedules in the first two spreadsheets were taken from the documents following. Salary schedules only tell a part of the total compensation for cooks and custodians. We thought it'd be at least something to compare between schools and aid in our discussion. |
