2. Total Cost and Received Donations for Rock Climbing Wall
Description:
Please find attached information about the rock climbing wall's total cost ($28,889), monies raised through donations ($22,941), and district capital outlay contributions for the added safety features ($5,948).

3. Pre-K - 12 Math Curriculum Purchase
Description:
The total cost for the Pre-K though grade 12 math curriculum will cost approximately $75,000. This is $25,000 less than budgeted for curriculum in 2013-14. The elementary was able to receive $60,000 + in retail products for around $35,000. The MS/HS negotiated for the similar thrown in teacher resources and free online access for teachers and students.
Please know we have to purchase curriculum for the new vocational agriculture program, full-time business, elementary spanish, added students moving up in the elementary grades, etc. A large amount of the $25,000 will be spent on these needs. Any additional amount of money ought to be set aside for the Pre-K through 12 science curriculum purchased for the 2014-15 school year. |
