1. CALL TO ORDER

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Board action to approve the agenda for the meeting is expected.

3. MSBA STRATEGIC PLAN 

3.A. Gail Gilman with Minnesota School Board Association will meet with board members, via zoom, to present the following in regard to the strategic plan:

• Discuss the Board’s role during the strategic planning process.
• Review the strategic planning process including:
• Internal and External Surveys
• Strategic Planning Committee selection, their role and expectations for their participation
• Tentative start time for the process
• Use of virtual platform and accessibility
• Initiatives/special needs to be reflected in the process.
• Keep/Revise/Create Foundational Elements of the Strategic Plan – Core Values, Belief Statements, Mission Statement, Vision Statement
• Respond to questions.
